To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Stylegenie tags are still intact
  • Unwashed and Unworn


What items are non-returnable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items


Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Styling and shipping fees of the replacements are free.


How do I return?

  1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  2. Select the item you wish to return and choose among possible reasons for return.
  3. Add on the note which items in the box you will return.
  4. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.


How soon will I get my replacement?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request.
  • If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed within 7 business days.
  • If you are rejected, we will send back the original items within 7 business days
